Aspen Culinary Artistry is a home personal chef service founded by Aspen long time Executive Chef Jimmy Nadell former Executive Chef of the internationally known Caribou Club in Aspen. Chef Nadell has prepared exquisite meals for some of Aspen's most elite clients since 1986. Chef Nadell is the recipient of the prestigious Life Time Achievement Award in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University in Miami.
Chef Nadell has spent years as a private chef for such dignitaries and celebrities as Al Gore, Donald Trump, Prince Bandar, Prince Faisal, Robert De Niro, Paula Zahn, Christie Brinkley, Jon Bon Jovi, Don Johnson, Janet Jackson, Tony Danza, Antonio Bandaras, Goldie Hawn, Oprah Winfrey, Vanna White, Sylvester Stallone and Will Smith to name a few. You may also have seen chef Nadell as a regular chef appearing on Plum TV's Morning Noon and Night Show.
Chef Nadell has assembled Aspen’s finest personal chefs who are available for your convenience. They will help you in choosing the perfect menu as well as do all the shopping. The chefs do a majority of their food preparation in the A. C. A. commercial kitchen. Chefs will arrive about one and a half hours before your dinner. They will help with setting the table and serving every course from beautifully assembled hors d’ oeuvres to hot soufflés for dessert. The chefs will always clean the kitchen, place all the dishes in the dishwasher and leave promptly when finished. Professional waiters, sommeliers, bartenders, coat checks, butlers, valets and limousines available. A. C. A. is fully licensed and insured.
